Royal Bags operates three manufacturing facilities in Vietnam, providing stable production capacity and flexible manufacturing solutions for OEM and ODM customers. Our factories are equipped to support a wide range of bag and sewn-product programs, from small development orders to large-scale production.

Together, our three factories employ more than 150 skilled workers and operate under unified management and quality standards.

Our production team consists of experienced sewing technicians, supervisors, and quality inspectors. Factory operations are managed by an experienced leadership team focused on efficiency, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.

Raw Material Inspection

All materials are inspected upon arrival to ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Pre-Production Approval

Samples and production specifications are reviewed and approved before mass production begins.

In-Line Inspection

Quality checks are conducted during production to identify and correct issues at an early stage.

Final Inspection

Finished products are inspected for workmanship, functionality, labeling, and packaging.

Packing & Carton Inspection

Packaging integrity, carton labeling, and quantity checks are completed prior to shipment.

Quality Standards

Royal Bags follows customer-defined quality standards and inspection criteria. Our quality control team works closely with customers to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and consistently implemented throughout production.

Third-party inspections are welcomed upon customer request.
